Cosa è un recognized LEGO® USER GROUP (rLUG)?
Siamo una comunità di appassionati di mattoncini LEGO® (AFOL) ufficialmente riconosciuta da The LEGO Group attraverso il programma della LEGO® Ambassador Network (LAN). Il nostro è un gruppo senza scopo di lucro, guidato interamente da volontari, che condivide e promuove un ambiente stimolante a supporto di tutti gli appassionati che la pensano allo stesso modo.
Il gruppo è aperto a ogni livello di abilità e accoglie adulti, giovani e giovanissimi (questi ultimi necessariamente accompagnati da un genitore). Organizziamo riunioni regolari in presenza (una volta al mese, ma anche in LIVE STREAMING per eventi particolari e per sessioni di LIVE BUILDING programmate) per discutere di progetti, mostre, novità e, ovviamente, per incastrare mattoncini insieme.
Organizziamo eventi pubblici e privati per i nostri membri e per gli spettatori. Inoltre, la nostra realtà collabora attivamente e partecipa a esposizioni insieme ad altri gruppi e LUG riconosciuti all'interno del network internazionale, interfacciandosi direttamente con il LEGO Group attraverso la figura dell'Ambassador.
L'OrangeTeam ha ottenuto fin da subito la qualifica di Recognized LEGO® User Group (rLUG) e ad oggi conta numerosi membri provenienti da tutta Italia, con una forte radice in Toscana ma con membri attivi anche in altre regioni, in Europa e negli Stati Uniti. Energia, passione, amicizia e grande creatività sono gli elementi che ci contraddistinguono: un'unica grande famiglia unita dalla stessa passione!
Le nostre Collaborazioni:
Vantiamo collaborazioni storiche e attuali con prestigiose Istituzioni locali e internazionali quali il Comune di Pisa, l'Università di Pisa, la Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, la Scuola Normale Superiore, l'ISTIA (École d'ingénieurs de l'Université d'Angers, Francia), l'Internet Festival,il Museo di Storia Naturale di Pisa, l'Università privata di Milano IULM.
Abbiamo inoltre il piacere di collaborare stabilmente con "Lucca Crea", organizzatore di LUCCA COMICS & GAMES, fin dal 2017 e abbiamo partecipato come Special Partner a LUCCA Collezionando. La nostra rete di solidarietà e sinergia si estende anche a importanti realtà del territorio come la Pro Loco di Casciana Terme, la Fondazione Stella Maris, Make-A-Wish, l'Unità Operativa di Pediatria dell'Ospedale Santa Chiara di Pisa, la Tana dei Goblin (Pisa), AlterEGO Fiere, Confcommercio e molte altre. Un doveroso ringraziamento va a tutti i professionisti che si sono alternati sul nostro palco per rendere uniche le nostre manifestazioni e agli amici del LUG che ci dimostrano costantemente il loro affetto.
La nostra Forza: la DiversitàLa vera forza del nostro gruppo risiede nella diversità e nelle competenze dei suoi membri: appassionati di fotografia, illustrazione, modellismo, robotica, cinema e fantascienza. Grazie a questo mix unico, i nostri eventi si distinguono per la creazione e la presentazione di opere originali LEGO® (MOC) uniche nel loro genere. Non mancano mai i momenti di ritrovo e svago: organizziamo regolarmente serate e cene sociali dove confrontarci, scambiare idee e progettare i futuri diorami.
Ogni anno gestiamo e prendiamo parte a circa dieci manifestazioni ed eventi di carattere modellistico nazionale e internazionale, ponendo sempre al centro l'interazione con il pubblico.
Il nostro Fiore all'Occhiello: PisaBrickArtIl nostro evento principale è il PisaBrickArt, che ha felicemente superato il traguardo dell'Undicesima Edizione nel 2025. L'evento registra una media di oltre 5.000 visitatori e ospita più di 70 espositori e collezionisti dall'Italia e dall'Estero. Oltre alla splendida parte espositiva, la manifestazione si distingue per gli alti contenuti culturali e scientifici, ospitando l'"ITALIAN BRICKART CONTEST" (#IBC). Grande attenzione è dedicata alle famiglie e ai bambini, per i quali allestiamo aree specifiche con i nostri laboratori didattici, artistici e creativi, con l'obiettivo di rinnovarci continuamente e portare gioia a quanti più bambini possibile.

What is a Recognized LEGO® User Group (rLUG)?
We are a community of LEGO® brick enthusiasts (AFOLs) officially recognized by The LEGO Group through the LEGO® Ambassador Network (LAN) program. Ours is a non-profit group, run entirely by volunteers, which shares and promotes a stimulating environment to support like-minded fans.
The group is open to all skill levels and welcomes adults, teenagers, and children (the latter must always be accompanied by a parent). We organize regular in-person meetings (once a month, but also via LIVE STREAMING for special events and scheduled LIVE BUILDING sessions) to discuss projects, exhibitions, news, and, of course, to snap bricks together.
We organize public and private events for our members and the general public. Furthermore, our community actively collaborates and participates in exhibitions alongside other recognized groups and LUGs within the international network, interfacing directly with The LEGO Group through our Ambassador.
OrangeTeam immediately achieved the status of Recognized LEGO® User Group (rLUG) and currently counts numerous members from all over Italy, with a strong root in Tuscany but also with active members in other regions, throughout Europe, and the United States. Energy, passion, friendship, and great creativity are the elements that define our Group: one big family united by the same passion!
Our CollaborationsWe boast historical and ongoing collaborations with prestigious local and international Institutions such as the Municipality of Pisa, the University of Pisa, the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, the Scuola Normale Superiore, ISTIA (École d'ingénieurs de l'Université d'Angers, France), Internet Festival, and the Natural History Museum of Pisa.
We also have the pleasure of stably collaborating with "Lucca Crea"—the organizer of LUCCA COMICS & GAMES—since 2017, and we participated as a Special Partner in LUCCA Collezionando. Our network of solidarity and synergy also extends to prominent local organizations such as the Pro Loco of Casciana Terme, the Stella Maris Foundation, Make-A-Wish, the Pediatric Department of the Santa Chiara Hospital in Pisa, the Tana dei Goblin (Pisa), AlterEGO Fiere, Confcommercio, and many others. A special thank you goes to all the professionals who have taken our stage to make our events unique, and to the friends of the LUG who have always shown us their affection.
Our Strength: Diversity
The true strength of our group lies in the diversity and skills of its members: fans of photography, illustration, model building, robotics, cinema, and sci-fi. Thanks to this unique mix of expertise, our events stand out for the creation and presentation of original LEGO® works (MOCs) that are truly one of a kind. There is never a shortage of social gatherings and leisure time: we regularly organize social evenings and dinners where we discuss, exchange ideas, and design future LEGO® themed displays.
Each year we manage and take part in around ten national and international modeling exhibitions and events, always putting interaction with the public at the center.
Our Flagship Event: PisaBrickArtOur main event is PisaBrickArt, which proudly crossed the milestone of its Eleventh Edition in 2025. The event attracts an average of over 5,000 visitors and hosts more than 70 exhibitors and collectors from Italy and abroad. In addition to the wonderful display area, the event stands out for its high cultural and scientific content, hosting the "ITALIAN BRICKART CONTEST" (#IBC) since 2016. Great attention is dedicated to families and children, for whom we set up specific areas with our educational, artistic, and creative workshops, always aiming to innovate and bring joy to as many children as possible.

R: Sì! Il nostro gruppo è aperto a tutti gli appassionati di ogni livello di abilità. Accogliamo adulti (AFOL) e giovanissimi appassionati, a patto che questi ultimi siano strettamente accompagnati e supportati da un genitore o tutore legale.
R: La sicurezza e la serenità dei nostri membri sono la nostra priorità. Se sorgono conflitti personali o violazioni del codice di condotta, chiediamo di non parlarne nelle chat di gruppo, ma di inviare una mail riservata al Direttivo tramite la pagina dei contatti sul sito. Se la segnalazione riguarda un membro del Direttivo stesso, è possibile scrivere direttamente all'Ambassador tramite la pagina conatti del siuto che fungerà da garante terzo. Garantiamo la massima privacy e una politica di totale protezione contro le ritorsioni per chi segnala in buona fede.
A: Absolutely! We have active members all over Italy, Europe, and the United States. We have a flexible framework for remote AFOLs: we ask you to officially represent the LUG at least twice a year in your local area (by wearing our official LUG shirt or using our promotional materials like banners or flyers) and to join us for at least one main event during the year, such as PisaBrickArt.
A: Contributing goes far beyond just displaying your custom models (MOCs). For us, hands-on support is essential: you can help with logistics (setup/teardown), front-desk reception, managing children's creative workshops, or digitally by writing articles and reviews for our website, or leading new projects with our official backing.
A: No. As a recognized community, we strictly adhere to The LEGO Group's "No Leaks" policy. Sharing or distributing images of products that have not been officially revealed or released to the market is strictly forbidden across all our channels.
A: No. By deliberate ethical choice, our website does not feature any affiliate links or paid advertising of any kind. We are committed to providing a clean, safe browsing experience focused entirely on our shared passion and creativity.
A: The safety and well-being of our members are our top priorities. If personal conflicts or conduct violations occur, we ask that you do not discuss them in public group chats. Instead, please send a confidential email to the Board. If a report involves a Board member, you can write directly to the Ambassador, who will act as an impartial external guarantor. We guarantee utmost privacy and a strict zero-tolerance policy against retaliation for anyone reporting a violation in good faith.
